This training is a fixed-date, in-person small group training with limited capacity and corresponding fixed costs (location, materials, tools, catering, preparation).  

• Your place is reserved upon booking. 
• Cancellation be submitted in writing. 
• The date of receipt is decisive.

The following conditions apply:

• Up to 14 days before the training begins: free cancellation
• Up to 7 days before the training begins: 50% refund
• From 6 days before the training begins and in case of non-attendance: no refund

This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation (e.g., illness, travel issues or personal circumstances).  

Substitute Participant 

 You may nominate a suitable substitute participant up until the start of the training, provided the participation requirements are met.
 

In case of early withdrawal, there is no entitlement to a (partial) refund.
